Del Rey is located in one of Palm Springs oldest boutique hotels, Villa Royale, Est. 1947. Inspired by Spanish and Mediterranean flavors, Del Rey’s playful menu is served in a small plate format akin to taperías that flourish near the Mediterranean Sea.
