JCC is a fast-paced communications construction company looking to hire multiple positions within our General Labor division. On-Site training is provided, for the right candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

· General Labor (Construction Industry) experience, 2 years preferred

. UG/OH Utility construction experience is a plus

· Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test

· Manually lift a minimum of 60lbs.

· Ability to perform general labor tasks such as: dig trenches/potholes, sweep, shovel, assist with asphalt and concrete restoration tasks and perform basic general labor duties.

· Must maintains a valid driver's license with clean driving record

· Safety conscious, reliable, committed, respectful and strong work ethic is required

· Interest in learning new skills within our field

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

· Work efficiently, both independently and with a crew/team

· Perform duties involving standing, sitting, pulling, crouching, bending and/or stooping

· Use power tools, including but not limited to; Jack hammer, t-digger, tamper, etc.

. Capable of following direction and following company policies and procedures
