This isn’t the ideal job. You’re not going to want to do it. It’s going to be too hard. I’m going to ask you to work an unrealistic amount of hours. It’s going to pay you less than you deserve….

I am starting up a company focusing on cold calling Homeowners to set an appointment for a closer to go in and close the deal. I want to create a fun atmosphere and focus on 3 hours per day working hard to help build up a business. This is a chance to be a part of something from the beginning.

Its commission only with a potential to make $5000-$20000+/monthly. If you make less then you probably won’t last long. And yes that’s working 3 hours/day.
