Technical Support Specialist Location: Pasadena, CAEmployment Type: Contract to HireWorkplace Type: OnsiteCompensation: $25.00-$30.00Vaccination Policy: YesResponsibilities:
- Troubleshoot & support company wide IT hardware and software technologies
- Assist IT Manager with maintaining IT infrastructure
- Image, configure, deploy windows operating systems
- Support and troubleshoot Windows & Mac operating systems
- Support business applications (MS Office Suite, ERP, databases)
- Act as liaison between external customers and company and resolve technical issues experienced by clients
- Provide deskside and remote technical support for internal corporate employees
- Train and guide internal users on best practices for using companywide technology
- Ensure excellent customer service while supporting customers and internal employees
- BS or AA in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- 2 years of professional experience working in an IT Support focused role
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite of products
- Knowledge of Windows (7/10) and Mac Operating systems
- Experience imaging Windows Operative Systems and migrating Windows OS from 7 to 10
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate patience and empathy while troubleshooting technical issues employees are experiencing
- Comfortable working onsite everyday
- Experience supporting ERP systems such as SAP Business One
- Knowledge of SaaS based database systems
- Ability to analyze, extract, and query data in SQL
- Familiarity with programming language (C#)
