We are currently seeking motivated and personable Showing Agents to assist with property showings and client interactions, specifically during weekends or on an on-call basis. This position offers a structured yet flexible work environment, with a strong focus on individual performance and growth potential. Key Responsibilities:
Conducting property showings and providing prospective tenants with application links.
Engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Maximizing income opportunities through diligent work and client engagement.
Special Availability:
Weekends: Specifically looking for agents available to work full days every Saturday and Sunday. Compensation for weekend work will follow the originally mentioned of $20 per hour, plus $75 per close OR a commission based structure.
On-Call: Opportunities are available for on-call agents, ready to step in as needed. On-call work is compensated at $20 per hour, plus $100 per closed deal.
Requirements:
Must possess a reliable vehicle for transportation.
Sales experience is a definite plus, but not mandatory.
Compensation:
Compensation options include a per-close rate of $275 to $300, paid weekly, with room for growth, or an hourly rate of $20 plus $75 per close. Additional bonuses and increases are available, particularly for those in the on-call pool or working weekends, underlining our commitment to fairly rewarding our team's flexibility and hard work.
