Service Manager, Duct Cleaning, $80K/yr.(Sal + Bonus/Comm) + Benefits

Action Duct Cleaning is an industry-leading, family-owned business started in 1978. We are a fast-paced, high-volume, growing company with an outstanding reputation and positive work environment.

We need a competent service manager to help with the thousands of clients we serve every year, including Fortune 500 brands like Anheuser Busch, Fender Guitar, and Kraft Foods.

Compensation package: $80,000/yr. (Salary + Bonus/Comm) + Benefits

Benefits include:

Vacation, starting after one year with increasing benefits over time

Healthcare Plan: The Company covers approximately half the cost if an employee takes part

Holidays – seven days a year, after being with the Company for 90 days

401K Plan allowing employees to invest in a retirement plan. The company may, at its discretion, add additional amounts.

Main duties are:

· Scheduling

· Customer Service

· Project troubleshooting

· Client relations

· Selling and Upselling

· After-hours client problem resolution

Skills/ Qualifications:

· Minimum five years of experience as a service manager or in customer service

· Excellent people skills

· Management skills

· Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and online research

· Strong written, verbal, and math literacy

· Must represent well in manners, competence, and communication skills.

· Must be comfortable dealing with high-end clients, CEOs, leaders, and highly educated people

· Must love to meet deadlines and push projects and deals to completion

· Must be a good problem-solver
