- Full Time: mix of mids and closing shifts plus a weekly managers meeting potentially Wednesday-Sunday.

- Great at serving food - we serve a lot of food And lots of MEAT!

- Observant! For example, notice when the band is taking a break and turn on the house music.

Understands the value of details like lighting, background music selection and volume.

- Communication - communicate effectively with staff on shift, read and write daily shift reports and post memos to our

team regarding updates using the existing staff forum.

- Perform regular management tasks while in a serving role:

Stock product and organize inventory.

Social Media and Promotions

- Staff Supervision:

Authorize Discounts and Clocking Exceptions

Make Changes to Schedules in Hot Schedules

Monitor side work

Training

- Proficient with various softwares or willing to learn!

Focus POS

This is an hourly, tipped position.

We are a very friendly bar and grill with local regulars - we need a super-seller-people-person who is a leader by example.

We care about SPORTS! So we really appreciate when our staff is aware of what is going on in the sports world and has TVs set to GAMES - not infomercials.
