- Responsible for designing, characterizing and productizing RF and analog building blocks
- Design with various sub-micron technology nodes
- Involved in early stages for the design concept, working close with team lead in providing data leading to optimum specification
- Knowledge of analog and mixed-signal to design
- Experience with S-parameters, matching networks, passive EM designs is desired
- Analog circuit design, experience of RF transceiver design is required - TX/RX building IP blocks (power amplifiers, LNA, mixers, amplifiers, other RF building blocks etc.)
- Debugging post-silicon circuit issues is required
- Able to understand all process effects on designs and layout
- Data converters experience/knowledge is a plus
- RF performance tuning and impairment tradeoffs is a plus
- Systems level analysis of designs Signal Integrity, RF performance, Noise budget, throughput, Thermal is a plus
