Job Description:Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a businessDefining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholdersBuild productive relationships with a global IT team, including BSAs, developers & DBAs Support the evaluation, design and architecture of the Sales and Legal Technology StackUnderstand the full Sales/procurement/Legal cycle, and design solutions that interface with SFDC, Siebel, Apttus, and Partner applicationsDrive a cross-functional and integrated approach to Sales and Legal solutionsTranslate business requirements into system solutionsAnalyze and determine application and interface solutionsDesign and develop complex reports as neededDrive and execute functional design, testing, change management and end user acceptance for projects and enhancements as neededInterface with relevant teams to support day-to-day systems and interfaces issues related to existing application solutionsSuggest best practices and opportunities for improvement through automation or simplificationPerform hands-on Salesforce system setup and configurationAnalyze requirements to determine appropriate solution designs considering capabilities, limitations, and design trade-offsDocument implementation considerations (Triggers, Visualforce pages, components, validation rules, and workflow rules)Work with consultants and/or offshore resources in support of Salesforce development workMay perform other duties as assigned Skills: Skillset:Oral and written communication skillsInterpersonal and consultative skillsFacilitation skillsAnalytical thinking and problem solvingBeing detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracyOrganizational skillsKnowledge of business structure 8. Functional Knowledge:Domain experience in Quote - cash/ Contracting/Collaboration/Regulation compliance/Legal Workflows
