Position Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to operate machinery during our second shift. This person will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of assigned machines, monitoring production processes, conducting quality checks, and performing routine maintenance tasks. This position will involve a 60-day apprenticeship on the first shift, followed by transitioning to the second shift with a pay increase.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot issues with machinery and make necessary adjustments or repairs.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow.

Complete required documentation and paperwork accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience operating machinery preferred, but not required.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Additional Information:

PTO and Medical Benefits after 90 days
