The IT Project Manager will lead multiple development projects simultaneously from different areas of the business such as Sales, Marketing, Service, Engineering, Purchasing, Shipping, Finance, and IT.

The IT Project Manager will lead the strategic planning process to ensure that all relevant requirements get captured; assemble a team of resources (both internally and contractors) to assign tasks; monitor the assigned tasks and measure their progress along with any risks discovered to assure nothing was missed; hit the dates promised and deploy the developments. The projects will be cross-departmental and will go from small to large-scale in complexity.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least five years of senior level experience with complex IT project management.
• Strong Project Management acumen and leadership abilities.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.

• Expertise in a broad variety of tasks in the manufacturing industries.
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and presentational.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.

Desired Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or Computer Science preferred.

• Expertise with SAP ERP workflows.
• Familiarity with full stack development and web design using AEM, Hybris, Drupal, etc.

• Understand SAP/ECC systems and methodologies
