Position Summary

• Support multiple teams on Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
• Configure Marketing Cloud utilizing industry and product best practices
• Setup new emails, scripts, and automations in Marketing Cloud, per business requirements
• Participate in discussions (involving onsite/offshore teams) for POC and development
• Participate in reviews and implementation to ensure high quality software within the schedules
• Flexible enough to adjust to changes in work, technology, team, etc.
• Work with Salesforce support to troubleshoot issues

Primary Skill: Soap/Rest Webservices Secondary Skill: MemSQL

Required Skills

• 7 years of experience in Software Development
• 3 years of experience with Marketing Cloud
• Experience in REST/SOAP web services
• Experience in Web UI development
• Experience in database development and modeling
• Knowledge of SOA design principles and best practices.
• Excellent SQL

Desired Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud 'Email Specialist' certification preferred
• Experience with Oracle or SQL Server database administration
• Excellent communications skills to be able to articulate technical elements to technical and non-technical managers across the organization
• Experience writing Functional Specifications
