Sales/Design Associate - High-End Furniture Showroom

Location: San Diego showroom, located in Mission Valley.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced Sales/Design Associates to join our dynamic team in San Diego. The ideal candidates will be proactive, outgoing individuals with a proven track record in sales and exceptional customer service skills.

Preferably, applicants will possess a strong background in interior design and home furnishing sales, and must be comfortable engaging with a sophisticated clientele.

Responsibilities:

Conduct retail furniture and home furnishing sales with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Demonstrate in-depth understanding and knowledge of our product offerings.

Present design services and products persuasively, with a high closing rate.

Follow up with both potential and existing customers to nurture relationships and drive sales.

Maintain the showroom's appearance by ensuring effective merchandising, pricing, and display updates.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the interior design or home furnishing sector.

Background or experience in interior design highly desired.

Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

Professional demeanor and appearance.

Strong organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Reliable and punctual with a self-motivated attitude and quick learning ability.
