SEEKING RN TO OPEN CASES AND FOLLOW UP VISITS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE:

-LOVING TENDER CARE

-COMPLETE FULL ASSESSMENTS

-SKIN CHECKS

-BOWEL PROGRAM

-INTAKE/ OUTPUT RECORDING

-WOUND CARE

-MONITORING PATIENTS FOR SAFETY

-MONITORING VITAL SIGNS AS NEEDED

-HYGIENE CARE INCLUDING GROOMING

-MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
