RF Systems Analyst

What you will be doingWork a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and software specialists to develop and use modeling and simulation applications. Applications include understanding radar systems, passive RF systems, signal processing, and other applications. The job includes periodic creation and presentation of analysis results.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze various radar, passive RF, and communication systems for capabilities and performance
• Apply solid fundamentals skills needed to understand RF applications and phenomena
• Work with development team towards overall project goals
• Contribute to analysis products and briefings
• Understand new technology in the RF domain

Minimum Qualifications:

• Analog and digital signal processing domain knowledge
• Capable of performing study plan development, scenario design, simulation execution, and post analysis of the simulation results
• Familiarity with C and Microsoft Visual Studio development tools desirable
• Solid fundamental skills
• Able to work in a team environment and possess excellent oral and written communications skills
• BS or higher degree in electrical engineering or related field and strong mathematical skills preferred. Position may be filled at earlier or later career stages
• Some US travel by commercial air may be required to give presentations or attend meetings
• Able to work on site in Santa Barbara, CA.

Required ClearanceActive DoD clearance or must be a US Citizen and capable of achieving clearance at the DoD Top Secret level w/SCI

Salary: $110,000.00 to $150,000.00 In compliance with
