Our manager would work with our amazing competent staff to make sure that our guests leave happy, by planning, scheduling and preparing for a busy, easy meal period, then support our floor staff during the shift to make sure that the guests are all taken care of from front door to back and that we all have fun while making money. Experience managing people is essential, no college required but helpful, gracious and friendly person will succeed.
