Position Overview:

The Restaurant Floor Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on the restaurant floor, maintaining high standards of service, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise restaurant staff on the floor to ensure efficient operations.

Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.

Monitor and maintain quality control in all aspects of the dining experience.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to streamline service processes.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and promptness.

Implement and enforce health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Floor Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Energetic and personable, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
