Receptionist

NAIL AND SKIN CARE SALON

A high-end salon is looking for an outgoing, friendly, energetic individual with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced high energy environment.

Experience in the following is preferable but not required: salon reception, salon software booking system, and the ability to handle high volume of phone calls.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Answering multi-line phones gracefully.

- Booking appointments efficiently using our software (will train).

- Ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Greeting every client, whether over the phone or in person, with a cheerful attitude.

- Escorting clients to waiting areas/seats and offering beverages.

- Handling cash and other forms of payment.

- Being able to open/close the salon.

- Light dusting.

- Attendance and punctuality are of importance.

- Open and flexible availability including weekends.
