Job Overview:
We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This is a commission-only role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base by generating high-quality leads for our real estate business. Your primary focus will be on identifying and cultivating potential clients through various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract prospective real estate clients (i.e. door knocking, calling, networking, open houses, community events, etc.)
- Utilize online and offline methods to identify and qualify potential leads
- Communicate effectively with potential clients, providing information about our services and fostering positive relationships
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently
Compensation:
This is a commission-only role. Earning potential is based on 50% of the total commission resulting directly from lead generation with a $250 bonus for each scheduled buyer or seller consultation. Simply generate the lead, collect a bonus, and receive a check once it's closed.
