Outstanding manufacturing company seeks Quality Control Inspector applying Quality Control expertise and skills to support company customers. Company works with all branches of the military and is uniquely positioned to address the advanced requirements of special ops and elite forces with its customized, rugged computing solutions. You will support the team in the development of new solutions and exciting technologies directly supporting the U.S. Military.
This role will inspect company products to confirm they meet specification. This individual will document the results of inspections including generating non-conforming reports when necessary. We are looking for a highly organized, methodical professional with a high degree of attention to detail.
Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Perform incoming inspection on circuit boards (PCBs), circuit board assemblies (PCAs), LCDs, and other parts as necessary.
Perform work-in-progress and final inspection of ruggedized workstations, displays, and imaging systems.
Perform visual inspection, and dimensional and functional verification.
Utilize a variety of calibrated tools such as calipers and pin gages.
Assist in the development of documented inspection procedures for new and revised products.
Maintain accurate records in both electronic and manual record-keeping systems.
Minimum Requirements:
At least three years of experience as a QC Inspector
Read and understand component and assembly drawings
Read and understand specifications
Lift up to 25 pounds
Experience with electronics and electronic components is preferred
IPC-A-610 certification is preferred
