Property Manager Needed- Two Properties

Property Management company is currently hiring a property manager to manage two properties within a block from each other. The properties are in the Canoga Park area (Sherman Way and Canoga Ave). The manage will live at one of the properties managed and work out of the management office at the other property. If you are interested, send your resume in word or pdf format to be considered.

Responsibilities: (Not Limited To):

- Collection of Rent & Delinquencies

- Generating and Posting of notices as needed

- Schedule and review maintenance service requests as needed

- Obtain bids and maintain relationships with vendors

- Advertise, market and lease vacant units

- Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants

Requirements: (Not Limited To):

- 1 year of onsite property manager experience preferred

- Managing a building of 50+ units

- GED or HS Diploma

- Valid Driver's license, this is a MUST

- Vehicle that can be used for work purposes on a daily basis

- Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations

- Bilingual in Spanish is a preferred

- Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area

Compensation:

- $3400-3800/month gross salary (DOE) w/ dent deduction.

- Utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)

- Medical, dental, vision, life insurance

Schedule:

- Full Time

- Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts

- Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
