Property Manager / Capital Improvements

We are a real estate development company with an opening for someone to help in managing our current holdings with an emphasis on capital improvement projects.

Duties will have a wide range, but may include coordinating maintenance of properties (bidding, scheduling, verifying completion of work), design, researching products or services that can add value to our tenants, marketing properties, etc.

Applicant should be a self starter, motivated and able to execute multiple projects at the same time.

Applicants should have at least three years of experience in a related field and/or a Bachelor's Degree. They should be proficient in office computing.
