Property Manager

We are looking-ONLY- for an Experienced and Dynamic On-Site Management Team in Los Angeles for a building of 30 plus units located in a beautiful area, adjacent to Beverly Hills.

The applicant needs to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in this field and will be required but not limited to assist in the daily management operations of the property. Also, they need to comply with the rules and regulations of Fair Housing Laws.

DUTIES- Marketing, showing and renting vacant units and pre-leasing upcoming vacancies.

Supervising, scheduling and assisting in turning over vacant units;

Performing rental comparable surveys and direct marketing and social media efforts;

Scheduling and supervising maintenance workers and third party vendors;

Rent collection, record keeping and completing paperwork, serving legal notices and enforcing House Rules;

Ability to perform light maintenance and repairs as needed and keeping property grounds clean;

Promptly and professionally address and resolve Resident concerns and questions.

COMPENSATION- free rent (2+2), utilities included, free internet and monthly bonus.
