Job Title: Product Manager (web Analytics) Duration: 12 Months Location: Remote Job Description: Must Have

  • Experience with Adobe analytics tracking design and implementation is required.
  • Experience with Tealium tag management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize daily intake of tag management requests, including but not limited to: clickstream data requirements for new and existing site functionality, and Adobe Analytics tracking configuration
  • Own Adobe Analytics organization wide, which includes hosting regular user trainings and office hours, triaging support tickets, onboarding platform users, and managing user communication across a large user base
  • Facilitate implementation of new tagging initiatives for marketing optimization, personalization, and web analytics purposes; drive data collection strategy and optimization
  • Drive improvement in accuracy of data capture by maintaining and enforcing data requirements across teams, developing automated regression testing capabilities, and creating mechanisms for proactive anomaly detection/alerts
  • Define and communicate analytics requirements and facilitate data collection decision making across the company
Key Experiences:
  • 3+ years of Analytics or IT experience, at least 1 yr of experience in tag managent and web/app analytics implementation.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude etc.) and or App / Mobile.
  • Experience with tag management systems (i.e. Tealium, Signal, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
  • Experience with JavaScript, pixel implementation, or web development (nice to have)
  • Detail oriented with very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with decision making and project management in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities, escalate appropriately and handle multiple assignments at once
  • Capable of communicating complex ideas clearly and succinctly both verbally and in writing and to a diverse group of stakeholders
