Process Server Full Time

Position Details:

United Legal is seeking new members to join our fast paced rapidly growing team. We are looking for reliable, hardworking, honest, and positive individuals to deliver legal documents to businesses, individuals, banks, and other entities throughout Northern California. We provide a company vehicle for use during your shift as well as pay for all expenses needed to carry out your daily duties. We have full-time shifts available (4) 10-hour shifts or flexible part time shifts.

Minimum Requirements

Must have a great attitude.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have a valid Driver’s License and Good Driving Record.

Must have Reliable phone and internet service.

Must be Proficient in using mobile devices, phone apps and navigation platforms.

Must be physically fit to handle extensive walking, climbing stairs, and standing during deliveries.

Must be able to pass background check and routine drug screening.

Prior experience as a Registered Process Server is preferred but not required.

Alternative Work Week Schedule (Four (10) hour shifts)

Responsibilities:

Serve Papers in the Greater Sacramento including but not limited to San Francisco County, Alameda County, Solano County, Contra Costa County, Santa Clara County, Napa County.

File Court documents in courts located in Northern California

Provide detailed handwritten reports via email.

Use phone apps to update notes and record GPS photos.

Track down defendants and use investigative tools to locate and identify parties that need to be served.

Compensation:

$18.00 per hour
