Printer Operator / Print Production Assistant

Image Cube is a growing print shop, located in Sylmar, CA, seeking a self-motivated and responsible individual for a part-time or full-time job position as a Print Production Assistant.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate jobs on digital print equipment, cutter & bindery equipment. Training Provided.

Pickup/Delivery from vendors and clients as needed

Working with clients directly

Occasional typesetting & layout

Working with outside vendors and suppliers

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Positive attitude towards daily work, coworkers, and clients.

Knowledge of printing basic terminology and layout, file prep, etc.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

Clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Professional, self-motivated and detail oriented

1+ years industry experience in printing.

Preferred to be familiar with digital printing equipment, bindery equipment.

Hours are Monday-Friday. Clean and Safe work environment. Future advancement and training will be available.
