Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to preschool staff, ensuring a positive and nurturing environment for children.
-Implement educational programs and curriculum that align with our mission statement, Christian-based philosophy, regulations, promote child development
- Oversee daily operations of the preschool, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting.
- Collaborate with parents and families to ensure open communication and address any concerns or questions.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and professional development opportunities to support ongoing learning and growth.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children, following health and safety guidelines.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the preschool community.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to enhance educational opportunities for children.
Qualifications:
- 15 units in Child Development (3 of those units must include administration)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the child development field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience managing financial resources.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with parents, staff, and community members.
- Understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to meet the needs of the preschool program.
- Familiarity with state licensing regulations for preschools.

Incentive:
$250 sign on bonus at the start of employment (will be given on the first paycheck)
$250 bonus after 3 month probation is completed
