Offering a full time position for CNC Fiber Laser operator! As well as a Press Brake and forming position for Full/Part Time availability.

Position Overview:

We are currently looking for an experienced CNC Fiber Laser Operator/Programmer to operate, set up, and program CNC fiber laser cutting machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machine operation, programming, and a thorough understanding of laser cutting technology. The CNC Fiber Laser Operator/Programmer and CNC Press Brake will play a crucial role in producing accurate and high-quality parts while ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC fiber laser cutting machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.

- Program and edit CNC programs using CAM software for various materials and thicknesses.

- Forming as well as parts lay out and press brake abilities

- Perform material loading, unloading, and setup for laser cutting processes.

- Monitor and adjust machine parameters to ensure optimal cutting performance and quality.

- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the machines to prevent downtime.

- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments as needed.

- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and meet production schedules.

- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, machine settings, and job progress.

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

-Prepare and organize parts coming off machine to get done for next process of production

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or certification in CNC machining is a plus.

- Proven experience as a CNC machine operator, specifically with fiber laser cutting machines.

- Proficiency in CNC programming and CAM software (e.g., G-code programming, CAD/CAM software).

- Strong understanding of materials, tooling, and cutting parameters for different metals and thicknesses.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with machine setup and maintenance.

- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
