Blue Bridge Hospitality is looking for passionate, driven pastry cooks to support our Pastry Department. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop their skills as we do everything from scratch from pastries, croissants, ice creams and all the desserts for our restaurants, Little Frenchie & Stake Chophouse.

Good verbal communication skills needed
Ability to start early morning 6am & 7 am
Good transportation
2 to 3 years of previous experience in fine dining or high level production preferred
Culinary degree is preferred but not nessasary
Candidate should be able to perform basic pastry and baking skills.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
