Part-Time Tasting Room Associate

Grassini Family Vineyards is seeking a motivated, intelligent, friendly, and reliable new Sales Associate for our award-winning tasting room located in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara. We’re looking for a professional, responsible wine lover who has a great personality and is excited to educate our guests about our hand-crafted, boutique wines. Sales skills, a team spirit, and a commitment to customer service are a must! We want our guests to feel welcomed when they arrive, and we want them to leave with a smile and a memorable experience.

Wine knowledge is a plus but not a requirement; we're willing to train the right candidate. Initially, the position would be for 2-3 shifts per week, depending on availability, with room for growth and additional hours in the future.

Applicants must be over 21 years old, be able to stand for 8 hours, and lift up to 50 pounds. Our ideal applicant will have weekday availability and a professional, polished appearance and attitude! We are also happy to work around school and/or other job schedules for someone who is the right fit!

Preference will be given to folks with:

· Wine Sales, Hospitality, Production and/or Retail Experience

· Knowledge of Wine Direct POS system

· Experience with Microsoft Excel and Office
