Leading San Diego General Contractoring company is seeking a responsible individual for Administrative Assistance. The ideal candidate must be punctual, reliable and a team player. This is a part-time position M-F 9:30 am to 4pm
JOB DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
Perform administrative duties under the direction of the controller and office manager.
Interact with field personnel resolving job issues.
Maintain building inspections, permits, and Business License.
Assist with Customer Pre-qualifications.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Construction Background preferred.
Prefer at least 1+ years of administration experience.
Organizational skills must be exceptional and detail-oriented.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive team player with a "can do" attitude.
Strong attention to detail in areas of spelling, grammar, and phone etiquette.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam.
Proficient with QuickBooks online.
Organising appointments in our calendar/SalesForce.
