IAA is looking for Dispatchers to embody our "will to win" and "team player" values, by providing outstanding customer service to our towing partners and pivoting to coordinate for capacity and resource demands to play a crucial part in IAA's business and branch growth in North Hollywood.

Starting pay is $19.25 -$21.25/ hour with a generous benefits package including health insurance with HSA employer contribution, 401K (with partial company match), paid holidays, uniform allowance, and four weeks of paid time off available annually starting after 30 days of employment.
