Global Alliance Protection is seeking Night Shift Supervisor for night shift operations (NIGHT SHIFT ONLY).

Global Alliance Protection is seeking Night Shift Supervisor to become an integral part of our team. The night shift supervisor will run the day to day operations throughout the evenings while maintaining communications' with the day shift leadership. Must have a good team concept and willing to work with their counterparts.

The selected individual will secure assigned properties.

Hours: All Days

Shift Time (Flexible Scheduling)

Varies (Multiple Shifts Available)

Pay Rate: $21.50 - $24.00

Responsibilities:

Detailed Scheduling and Payroll.

Will be dealing with disciplinary issues must have the capability to handle that type of work load.

Will be supervising up to 60 people. Able to handle multiple types of people a MUST.

Shift reports and progress reports to senior leadership will be required. Report writing also a MUST.

Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes. Must be able to handle an emergency situation.

Request emergency personnel for high - risk situations if and when needed.

Must be able to understand and execute directions and follow company guidance.

Qualifications:

Current BSIS Guard Card, state issues Drivers License with CLEAN Driving Record. Must have H7 from DMV.

Must be able to write and communicate well, report writing, customer service a MUST.

Must be able to work weekends, holidays and overtime when needed.

Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Must be able to work in high intense situations.

STRONG ATTENDANCE IS A MUST.

Ability to handle physical workload.

Strong attention to detail.
