Job DetailsThis position will require a strong base of knowledge and experience working withWindows 10/11 and Microsoft Office365. Specifically MS365 Apps, Exchange,SharePoint, and Teams.

• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Print Server Management
• Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS)
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Remote Desktop Services and Gateway
• Experience working with Vmware virtual server environments including ESXi

server and vSphere.

• Knowledge and experience working with IP networking including configuring and

maintaining VPN links to remote offices.

• Experience using documentation to assemble automated application

deployments for workstations or implement/maintain server applications.

• Experience working with vendor support teams to optimize, troubleshoot, and

resolve issues.

• Good communication and documentation skills.
• A team player willing to not only learn but also assist colleagues where

knowledge sharing is requested or would be necessary or beneficial.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to support requests via phone and email.

o Support topics include Windows, Microsoft Office with third-party addins/macros, various desktop applications, network, and hardware issues.o Support calls may occur outside of normal work/business hours.o Maintenance work will require occasional time outside of normalwork/business hours.

• Troubleshoot and repair various hardware and software-related issues involving

user workstations running Windows 10/11.

• Assist with Windows server-related design, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Assist with network-related design, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Assist with the evaluation, testing and implementation of software/solutions
