Network Architect

Description Robert Half is looking for a SharePoint Architect/Administrator with good experience to cleanup, architect and build process to administer it using MS best practices around SharePoint. This is a 6-contract role with a potential to convert and extend. The work could be done fully remotely. • Architect a modern SharePoint environment with a great user experience and easy IT management. Must have good understanding of using Hub sites, communications sites and Team sites.
• Discover, clean, and organize the current data and sites into the new architecture. Must know how to find old stale data, unused sites, and be able to create a lifecyscle management around it.
• Must be able to apply SharePoint security policies at the tenant, site and other levels. Experience with DLP, compliance and data governance policies.
• Should be able to generate and schedule reports, build templates for site provisioning and recommend process for IT admins. Familiarity with Powershell or other scripting automation is a must.
• Experience with OneDrive, Office groups, Teams sites are required.
• Should have administered and architected few SharePoint installations.
• SharePoint development in not required but the experience can be an advantage.
• Must be able to take ownership, lead the project with minimal supervision, provide technical guidance and show excellent communication skills.
