We are seeking an experienced and passionate RV Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interior and exterior RV detailing from start to finish. As an RV Detailer at American RV Solutions, you will play a key role in driving our company's development.

Role and responsibilities

Recondition, detail, and interior cleaning of used RV units

Maintain supplies and keep track of materials, time, and necessary repairs to equipment.

Responsible for completing work to American RV Solutions high standard of quality

Completing all assigned work in a timely manner

About you

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

License & Certifications:

Clean, California driver's license.

Must have authorization to work in the U.S.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Experience:

A minimum of one year detailing experience preferred

Experience in RV or automotive dealership environments or mobile vehicle detailing is preferred.

Abilities:

Attention to detail

Reliable and strong work ethic

Pride of workmanship and follow-through are essential.

Commitment to superior customer service

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision

Ability to work in cramped conditions such as in RVs

Knowledge of how to safely handle solvents and chemicals

Ability to organize various physical tasks through adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pound
