Maintenance Technician for Turnovers Needed Immediately!

We are in need of a Jack of All Trades Maintenance Technician for a mid sized apartment complex located in La Mesa.

duties to include unit repainting, cabinet staining, vinyl flooring installation, minor plumbing and exterior building painting

this role is flexible, we can offer 10-30 hours per week depending on experience and knowledge with different trades.

2 years of experience in a similar role required. Previous plumbing experience is a MUST. Candidate must be comfortable moving heavy objects.
