Litigation Associate Position

We are looking for a litigation attorney, with a minimum of three years experience. The position presents the opportunity to work on high-stakes cases in a smaller, collegial environment with reasonable hours. You will have the opportunity to have considerable, direct client interaction and the ability to build your own book of business. Work includes:

 Communicating with clients;

 Researching and analyzing legal issues;

 Drafting motions, oppositions and reply briefs;

 Court appearances, depositions, settlement conferences.
