Workers Compensation (applicant) law firm seeks legal assistant with workers compensation experience. Candidate should be a team player, efficient, well organized and able to multitask. Duties include answering phones, file management, client communication, drafting letters, file organization, calendaring, medical scheduling, client intake. Must be familiar with the EAMS system for filing of pleadings. Must be able to handle high work volume and be able meet deadlines. Knowledge in the use of MerusCase is preferred but not required. Must be able to operate standard office equipment such as copy machines and scanners. Must be able to work independently in the absence of specific instruction. This is not a remote position.
