We are seeking a skilled Battery Storage Installer or Residential Electrician who’s looking for stable permanent work. We specialize in solar and battery storage projects, as well as residential remodels and new construction. You will be responsible for installing and repairing residential wiring, electrical fixtures, and panels, as well as training apprentices on the job. If you are a Residential Journeyman Electrician with a good attitude who takes pride in their work, we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Follow company policies and procedures
Use drawings, sketches, or building plans to determine required electrical needs and material
Install new electrical systems to code and repair existing systems
Interact with general contractors, customers, and suppliers
Qualifications:
Residential Journeyman Electrician License ( Highly recommended )
Previous experience as a Residential Journeyman Electrician for at least 2 years
Your own hand tools and cordless tools
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable, team player, who can work independently as well as with others
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders.
Maintain a professional appearance and courteous personality with ability to provide great customer service.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot various electrical problems and outages.
Install Meter/Main Service Upgrades
Experience installing Recessed Lights, LED tape Lighting and puck lights
Replace/Install Circuit Breakers, knowledge of different brands of circuit breakers.
Install Sub Panels
Install electrical devices required to meet code including switches, dimmers, GFCI's, AFCI breakers, etc.
Must be willing to crawl in attics, under houses and other tight crawl spaces.
Install Electrical systems in accordance with National Electric Code.
Commission battery systems
Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards.
Communicate any issues to supervisor.
Other duties as required to provide quality service.
Spanish speaking a plus, but not required.
Reliable Transportation required.
Compensation is dependent upon experience
