Ihss caregiver

Earn 3K to 6K per month . Several fulltime caregivers needed to care for two Quadriplegic 40 year old patients that are brothers that have muscular dystrophy and use ventilators, Gtube, and catheters. Both brothers needs total care including all bathing,showering, bowel and bladder care cleaning and care of respiratory equipment, Electric hoyer lift for transfers . Cleaning and sanitation of patient rooms and laundry and shared household space. Supply orders,storage and organization, medication management. Minimal cooking on occasion. Both patients can tell you what they need. Team work , good written communication, reading comprehension, ability to follow directions and procedures, natural ability to trouble shoot issues , good hearing, cheerful affect and attitude required. Consistent attendance required .Must love dogs and get along with family members. Background check via ihss system required. Overtime pay available. 12 hour shifts, 8 hour shifts and 4 hour shifts help make 24/7 care . Two caregivers on duty at a time unless a caregiver is sick. Live out position only. Prefer local candidate. Prefer medical student, nursing student , health care student. CNA preferred. Will train if no experience. Must have SSN and CDL or equivalent identification allowing work.
