Description Robert Half is seeking a talented Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment. We're looking for Help Desk Analyst candidates with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making effective change within a growing organization. This Help Desk Analyst role is %100 remote based in the San Francisco, California area and is a 6 month contract with potential to hire.Major responsibilities
- Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems
- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
- Provide service on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
- Provide IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally
- Mac OS experience
- Google Suite experience a must
- Deep understanding of JIRA
- Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
- Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems
- User administration and bug fixing in a client-server environment
- Understanding of basic networking concepts
- Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
