Healthcare Revenue Cycle Training & Systems Support Analyst (remote)

Billing/Revenue Cycle Application Analyst/Trainer – Direct Hire (REMOTE in CA)IMMEDIATE NEED for a Billing/Revenue Cycle Application Analyst/Trainer to work remotely (must be in CA) for a well known Hospital in Los Angeles. Position is remote, but only California residents are eligible. Might be an occasional onsite visit. You’ll work in the Revenue Cycle department, supporting a billing application (Athena). You will support the application, and provide training to the users.

What you’ll do:

• Work as the sole resource under the manager in charge of the Athena billing application
• Train new employees and existing users on Athena
• Help support the application from an IT perspective (training available)

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working in the Revenue Cycle area of a healthcare provider
• Good understanding of Revenue Cycle workflows and operations
• Billing experience – no IT experience required
• Must be great with people! Some training experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Athena Billing application experience is a plus
