Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Bring up and Test Key Qualifications: Test Automation and Infrastructure

• Proficiency in Python is a must
• Experience in automating tests with python-based scripting (XIL API, pytest)
• Nice to have:
  • Proficiency in C/C

Test Platform Design, Deployment, Maintenance

• Experience with commercial Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems, e.g. dSPACE, Vector, Speedgoat, NI, OpalRT. dSPACE Preferred

Other Tools and interfaces

• Proficiency in MathWorks tools: MATLAB/Simulink is a must.
• Nice to Have:
  • Simulink-RT experience
  • Experience integrating complex plant models

• Familiar with various communication busses such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, LIN, Ethernet
• Proficiency debugging embedded software systems: familiarity with JTAG, oscilloscopes, Lauterbach, logic analyzers, etc.

Controls Fundamentals

• Deep understanding of the key elements in modern mechatronic control systems
