We’re looking for a skilled and experienced full-time employee who can:

Work in a fast paced, production environment

Proficiently paint both thin nitrocellulose and poly finishes

Read and follow specifications

Perform final preparation and masking of guitars

Mix and apply sealer, finish colors and top coats

Finish sand and buff guitars

Work well with others – communication is essential in a small shop!

Maintain their work area in a clean and organized way

Perform duties in other areas as needed

Important to be able to hit the ground running – some training available, but must have experience. Reliability is critical. Pay is commensurate with ability. Job location is Santa Clarita.
