Group Fitness Instructors

RITUAL FITNESS is an inclusive boutique fitness studio where we teach progressive results-driven movement methods that uplift, inspire, and empower.

We are seeking dynamic Group Fitness Instructors to join our team! The ideal candidate is committed to health and fitness; highly creative and ready to learn and apply proprietary fitness methods in a group setting.

- You are an adaptable multi-hyphenate trainer who can lead group classes

- Instruct groups of individuals in high energy fitness classes

- Offer support and guidance to help clients achieve their fitness goals

- Demonstrate proper form and technique

- Develop and implement specialized classes based on our approach and methodologies

- Ensure fitness programs are effective, safe, and fun

Qualifications:

- Previous experience teaching group fitness on a beat (minimum one-year in a studio/gym)

- Dance and/or yoga background a plus, but not a must

- Currently working as a fitness professional

- Ability to train at all fitness levels

- Passion for health and fitness

- Ability to build rapport with clients

- Adaptability + creativity

We value your individuality, experience and creative input! We will be training you to teach our methods, so an interest and enthusiasm for learning new things is a must. One of our classes - BOUNCE - is done on a mini trampoline.Yes, it's awesome and a lot of fun!

This is a part-time position. There are also private training opportunities, in addition to regularly scheduled classes. Hourly compensation is based on experience with possibility for bonuses.
