Furniture Delivery Driver/Mover

Experienced mover/delivery driver needed. Hours are 9-5pm, flexibility required if deliveries run late/early. Or if weekend delivery is necessary.

We have clients all over the US, you possibly would need to deliver out of the area requiring some travel but would be given advanced notice. 1 day per week would be a longer day leaving early around 6 am and returning late to pick up merchandise in LA and make deliveries.

Must be on time.

Looking for a doer, someone that can get the job done and can proactively think on their feet

Must be able to follow directions and adhere to tight schedules, we figure the schedule out ahead of time due to client time constraints, vendors closing times, traffic flow, etc etc. We need you to be able to follow the directions as given.

Physical requirements- Heavy lifting, twisting, bending, pulling, pushing etc. Must be able to lift large heavy, oddly shaped objects, and get them into and through tight spaces

Clean drug test, background check, and DMV record required

Flexibility on hours is a must. You will be moving furniture in/out of our moving truck, our stores, and customer's homes. Receiving shipments and packing up furniture to be shipped out. Other job duties would include cleaning, general upkeep of store/showroom and storage areas, bathroom cleaning and restocking, light maintenance, light landscaping and grounds keeping.

We have enough work for 4-5 days per week split between 2 stores.
