Functional Business Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a talented Business Systems Analyst (IT-Functional) in Irvine, CA .Job Description:In this role, the Functional Business Systems Analyst will use a consultative approach, working closely with senior business leaders and stakeholders to determine and develop strategies and business plans that are aligned with the client's mission and objectives. They will be responsible for framing and leading highly complex business analysis at a strategic, cross-functional and/or enterprise level. The Functional Business Systems Analyst will identify and analyze key business trends, identify gaps, define future requirements, develop business cases and determine optimal approach to address. They will also provide project management and product support for projects and initiatives with significant scope (e.g., crossing departments or companies), complexity, and ambiguity, using a broad toolkit of analysis and project delivery methods.REQUIREMENTS: Experience developing business and customer strategies based on stated objectives Experience analyzing data to identify trends, variances and issues using that analysis to build business cases for projects within their portfolio of work Leverage your ability to influence groups and/or more senior associates and leaders Use sound judgment in resolving matters of high complexity Have intellectual curiosity and analytical skills in areas of high complexity Have demonstrated effectiveness in leading/facilitating with senior business leaders on broad/controversial topics inside and outside the organization Have held a professional strategic role in previous role(s)The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
