Fully Remote Paralegal for Law Firm

Candidate Requirements:

- Have at least 5 years experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary in civil litigation – familiar with discovery, case filings and motion preparation

- Candidates should be familiar with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court systems (especially Los Angeles and Orange County Superior Courts)

- Must be computer literate and have a working knowledge of litigation case management

-Be able to work remotely during regular working hours and available to answer incoming calls for the firm, preferably a home office atmosphere

-Experienced with Word, Outlook, Adobe and other office software
