RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client in San Francisco, CA is seeking a long term Digital ADA Apigee API/Webhooks/SDK Website Business Systems Analyst (BSA). This is a role for our gateway, a channel that enables open banking by providing externally facing APIs, Webhooks, SDKs that enable off property digital experiences.Duties Include: BSA will participate on an agile scrum team writing user stories, error mapping and service mapping and working with the lead product manager Acts as a liaison between client area, technical organization, and other affected areas by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved through strategic digital solutions As a BSA, you will be responsible for research, planning and producing business requirements May also provide customer support for digital products, engaging in stakeholder management, and creating documentation for projects, programs and initiativesREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or higher; Degree in Computer Science preferred 2-5 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital business systems analysis, digital program/product management, digital platforms, or digital consulting Technical understanding of APIs and how they function, how to connect to one, etc. Agile experience Knowledge of digital platforms, developer portals, web services and website management, ADA, APIs, Apigee, WSO2, Authentication & Authorization, Open Standards, JSON, REST, Swagger, OpenAPI, OAuth Experienced in business analysis, good analytical skills, critical thinker, detail oriented Technical background; Developer background preferred Fintech and financial experience preferredKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
